Refund: A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the deceased fish. Please note that shipping costs from Indonesia to your destination are non-refundable.
Replacement: A replacement will be sent with your next order at no additional cost.
Terms and Conditions:
Video Evidence: Customers must record a complete, uninterrupted video of the package opening.
Timely Claims: Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Scope of Guarantee: This guarantee covers only fish that are confirmed deceased upon arrival. Damage caused by shipping stress, such as disease or fin damage, is not covered.
